2. Refundable and Non-refundable Fees

  • Our fees consist of two main categories:
    • Government Filing Fees: These fees are paid directly to the embassy or consulate and are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.
    • Shiva Fly Service Fees: These fees cover our assistance with the application process.

3. Refund Scenarios

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

* **Application Not Submitted:** If you decide to cancel your application before we submit it to the embassy or consulate, we will issue a full refund for our service fees, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of [amount]. This fee covers initial processing and consultation time.
* **Application Rejected Due to Our Error:**  In the rare instance where your application is rejected due to a demonstrable error on our part (e.g., incorrect information submitted due to our mistake), we will issue a full refund for both our service fees and any government filing fees we advanced on your behalf (if applicable).

4. Application Rejected by Embassy/Consulate

If your visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate for reasons beyond our control (e.g., incomplete documentation, not meeting eligibility requirements), then:

* Government filing fees are non-refundable.
* We will offer a partial refund of our service fees based on the stage of completion of your application:
    *  **Full application not submitted:** Higher percentage of service fee refunded.
    *  **Application submitted but incomplete:**  Partial service fee refunded based on work completed.
    *  **Application completed and submitted:** Minimal or no refund for service fee, as significant effort has been invested in application preparation.

5. Refund Processing
